Yes, you may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year. Simply contact our front desk or email us at least 7 days before your next billing date. During a freeze, your billing is paused and access to services is suspended.
We offer both month-to-month and annual membership options. Annual memberships include a 10% discount on the monthly rate. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership tier at any time, and the new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. You will retain access to all membership benefits through the end of your current billing period. Any unused sessions or credits do not carry over or qualify for refund.
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. However, Premium and Elite members receive complimentary guest passes each month that allow friends or family to experience our services alongside you.
